Welcome to my blog! I am passionate about helping people like myself with chronic or invisible illness live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
I became sick with an unknown illness in 2020 and had to educate myself on how to get better. My experience has opened my eyes to a world of invisible causes of illness that aren’t talked about enough! I have come a long way in my personal journey and started this blog to document my research to help others in need.
My Approach
SELF-EDUCATION
Increasing self-awareness about your current health status, both physical and mental, is the first step towards change. More closely observing your environment, the food you eat, genetics, and life history all play a role in health.
ACTION
Once you understand the picture of your state of health, prioritizing what problems to solve and who can help you solve them is next. While there may not be obvious answers right away, we can already start identifying health stressors in our everyday life and work to lessen them.
COMMUNITY
While you may return to full health, uncovering or living with a disability or chronic health condition can be daunting. It is important to adapt to new lifestyle needs and find a community of support.
